RDC Chair Michael O’Neill is a seasoned leader whose career spans project management, law, military service, and talent recruitment. A U.S. Army attorney with over 16 years on active duty and in the Reserves, Michael brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented mindset to every endeavor. He has advised executives, managed complex legal cases, and led teams in both the public and private sectors with a focus on clarity, compliance, and execution. Michael is currently a Project Manager at Manhattan Construction Company.
