Todd Sherman, one of the original three founders of The Patriot Fund, was recently selected as a recipient of a Lightning Foundation Community Hero Grant. Todd chose to donate the grant to The Patriot Fund, and in turn we have committed those funds to several of our Operational Partners: SOF Missions, Project One Vet @ A Time, Home Base Florida, Dogs Inc., Restoration Inc., and Quantum Leap Farm.
The program, a collective effort by the Tampa Bay Lightning‘s Lightning Foundation and Lightning ownership, awards grants of $50,000 to support charitable work in the Tampa Bay area. Thank you to both organizations for this generous act of support as we work to serve our Veterans!
